The Wedding Gallery"I believe that wedding photography is both an art and a science. I need to capture the right emotions during key times and those moments cannot be recreated." Pour a glass of champagne and take a stroll through The Wedding Gallery to view this online exhibition of a small selection of photos from the many and varied weddings I have had the privilege to capture. These examples allow you to consider different settings, the atmosphere and artistic effects that can be achieved for your own wedding photographs that we can discuss. I love that I get to experience and, through my photography, bear witness to the fantastic diversity of South Africa reflected in the wedding couples, their families and the variety of wedding themes. Whether the wedding theme is Hindi, Scottish, Jewish, traditional African, Afrikaans, Chinese, French or Spanish, I’ve captured it all…and I’ve been everywhere. To create exceptional photographs, wedding couples and I have ventured out into the country hills, up on majestic mountains, outdoors in the veld, on the beach or in beautiful gardens (and prayed with them for no rain on the day). |
